The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC)

The Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is Australia's largest independent human rights organisation for people seeking asylum and refugees. As both a place and movement, the ASRC provides essential humanitarian services and empowerment programs, and fights for a fair and just process for people seeking asylum.

The ASRC provides over 30+ holistic programs and services that empower, support and fight for more than 3,500 people seeking asylum and refugees every year. From food and material aid, to legal aid, health care, detention advocacy, education and much more, the ASRC is a home of hope and support

• 60,000 hot meals provided

• 700 people used Foodbank each week

• 7,506 free English lessons

• 1,464 seen through legal triage

• 4,677 free health clinic appointments

• 64,643 nights of shelter

• 244 job placements through the Employment Program
